That is not a marketing angle. It means we already know what a service area page needs, why your licence number belongs above the fold, and that your customer is standing in a wet hallway holding a phone in one hand.
Every tradie we meet has the same story. They paid somebody a few thousand dollars, got a website they cannot log into, and are still being billed monthly for hosting by a company that stopped answering emails two years ago.
The website industry has spent a decade treating trade businesses as easy money: sell them something they cannot evaluate, keep the keys, charge forever. It works, right up until they find out.
We started Durazno to do the opposite of that, and it turns out the opposite is a decent business. Fixed prices published on the site. The domain in your name. Every password handed over on day one. Month-to-month on anything ongoing. Nothing clever — just the way you would want to be treated by a supplier on your own jobs.
Five things we will not budge on.
You own everything
Domain in your name, site in your account, every login handed over at launch. If you leave, you take the lot and nothing breaks.
The price is the price
Fixed before we start, published on the site. If we underestimate a job, we wear it. That is what a fixed quote means.
No jargon, ever
If we cannot explain it in the words you would use on site, we do not understand it well enough to charge you for it.
We say no
If your money is better spent on a ute wrap or Google Ads this quarter, we will tell you that and lose the sale. It comes back around.
A person answers
Not a ticket system, not a chatbot, not an account manager reading a script. The person who built your site.
A small team, on purpose.
You will deal with the person doing the work. There is no account manager between you and us, because that layer exists to protect agencies from their clients.
